Our quality management system covers every stage of the process—from understanding customer requirements to final dispatch—ensuring consistent quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Customer Requirements & Specifications

To ensure our facilities and processes fully meet customer expectations, we conduct a systematic review of all purchase conditions, specifications, and special requirements. This proactive approach allows adequate preparation time, including arrangements for any specialized testing or inspection equipment that may be required.

Supplier Evaluation & Control

The quality of our products begins with the quality of our raw materials. Our Quality and Purchase teams work closely to evaluate and approve suppliers who consistently meet Jyoti International’s stringent quality, technical, and manufacturing standards. Supplier performance criteria are clearly defined, documented, and continuously monitored. Corrective action and improvement systems are in place to enhance supplier quality and service reliability.

Receiving Inspection

All incoming raw materials and components undergo thorough receiving inspection and verification. Any material that does not conform to specified requirements is clearly identified, segregated, and prevented from entering the production process. Our documentation system maintains complete records of material characteristics and supplier performance for traceability and continuous improvement.

Manufacturing & Assembly Operations

To ensure compliance with design and engineering specifications, all components and sub-assemblies manufactured at Jyoti International undergo documented inspections at critical production stages. This robust inspection system prevents non-conforming parts from entering final assembly and ensures proper identification, segregation, and resolution of any deviations.

Engineering Change Management

Our Quality team is promptly informed of all engineering updates through computerized Engineering Change Notices (ECNs). This ensures that every component and assembly is manufactured using the most current and approved engineering data.

Advanced Testing Facilities

All Jyoti make Transformers are subjected to a comprehensive range of routine and type tests, including impulse and short-circuit tests. These tests are conducted in strict accordance with BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards), IS (Indian Standards), and other applicable national and international standards to ensure safety, durability, and performance.

Pre-Dispatch Inspection & Delivery

Before dispatch, each completed transformer undergoes a final, detailed inspection to verify product quality, customer-specific dispatch requirements, and transportation safety standards. Our Quality and Manufacturing teams work closely with customers to ensure accurate, on-time, and damage-free delivery of every Jyoti make Transformer.
